You should manually check your vehicle to establish exactly which type of existing fittings your van has. Fixings may be clips, pegs, screws or strips and vary from vehicle to vehicle. We provide all standard manufacturer fitting options for your Peugeot Partner Combi MK1 1996 – 2013 rear floor mats.
We offer 12-month warranty on all our products. However please note the warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover issues due to excessive use or wear. For more information or to discuss a possible manufacturing defect, please contact our team.
All our rear van floor mats are manufactured in the heart of the UK. We are based in Mansfield; Nottinghamshire and all of our products are made by our amazing team of skilled workers who have decades of experience under their belts.
We know that you can’t wait to get your hands on your new Peugeot Partner Combi MK1 1996 – 2013 rear van floor mats, and that is why we offer FREE delivery on all UK mainland orders over £50. Our UK Mainland Express Delivery for orders under this amount costs £5.99.
We try to get our products to you as quickly as we can and aim to manufacture them within 3-5 working days of receiving your payment. For orders under £50, our Express option of £5.99 will ensure your item is delivered 24 hours after the manufacturing time of 3-5 working days.
Orders for non-mainland UK addresses may take a little longer. Please allow extra time for delivery at peak times such as Christmas.
We will send you a tracking number by email once your rear van floor mats are ready for dispatch. You will then be able to track your order through the courier’s website or app. All packages will need to be signed for, but they can be left with a neighbour if you are not in. If you choose Express delivery, your courier will leave a card to advise you that your order is being held at a local Post Office for collection if you are not available.
We will send your rear van mats order to you using the Yodel delivery service.
Due to shipping changes following Brexit, we are unfortunately not able to ship orders internationally.
You are welcome to collect your order directly from our premises in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire once it has been manufactured. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm. You will receive an email or telephone call when your order is ready to be collected.
We take great care to manufacture your Peugeot Partner Combi MK1 1996 – 2013 rear van floor mats to the highest possible standards. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item, and subject to our terms and conditions, we will accept returns.
Simply contact our Customer Service Team by email support@carmats-uk.com to let them know. You will need to pay for the cost of returns unless we are at fault and in breach of contract. Please include your order number, name, contact details, the make, model and year of your vehicle and your reasons for returning the item. We will then refund the full amount of the product and the original cost of delivery minus 25%. We will not be able to refund you if the floor mats have been folded.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for customised or bespoke products, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, unless they are faulty. You will also not be allowed to exchange the product if you have ordered for the wrong make, model, or year.
Please allow 14 days for refunds to be made after the date upon which we receive the products that you have returned.
If you would like to cancel or change an order for non-bespoke products, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email support@carmats-uk.com.
We will aim to process this before your order is manufactured, but if we are unable to do so, a reasonable restocking fee may apply. We are unable to cancel any orders for Bespoke or Personalised products.
